We are excited to introduce our new verification process. It allows you access to higher trading limits of up to 100,000 CHF/95,000 € per year. Are you ready to elevate your trading experience with Relai to the next level?
As before, you can use Relai completely without verification. However, if you are already verified (Level 2), or if you generally want to trade higher Bitcoin volumes, you can use our new, improved verification process.
Note: For regulatory reasons, we ask all users who have verified themselves in the past (Level 2) to complete our new verification process again by December 27, 2023 at the latest.
Without this step, you will unfortunately no longer be able to buy or sell after the deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Verify yourself to get the most out of Relai
Although verification is not necessarily mandatory, it offers you several advantages. After verification, for example, you can trade up to 100,000 CHF / 95,000 EUR per year — far more than the regular limit of 1,000 CHF / 950 EUR per day.
Here’s how to start the new verification process:
- Update your Relai app if an update is available
- Open your Relai app
- Tap on ‘Profile’.
- In the profile menu, choose “My Wallet Level”
For users who have already verified themselves with our old verification process: Even after December 27, 2023, you can continue to use the Relai app as a Bitcoin wallet, even if you do not complete the new verification process. This means that you can also transfer your BTC held in the Relai app to another Bitcoin wallet of your choice at any time.
