This is now changing with the introduction of instant payments!

We’re not only a pioneer in the Bitcoin community but also in the traditional financial system. Why? Well, we introduced instant payments for Swiss users. With it, we’re one of the first Bitcoin brokers to do so. In the following video, Joël shows you how quickly you can buy Bitcoin with instant payments in the Relai app:
Instant payments have been available for banks in Switzerland since August 2024. Unlike before, thanks to the new format, transfers will not take several working days but can be executed within minutes. In September 2024, the following banks have already integrated instant payments:
- UBS
- Raiffeisen
- Berner Kantonalbank
- St. Galler Kantonalbank
- Hypothekarbank Lenzburg
This makes us one of the first Bitcoin providers in Switzerland to introduce the new payment format. This is possible thanks to the partnership with Swissquote, a market leader in adopting new financial technologies. This partnership enables Relai users to buy Bitcoin even more quickly and easily.
