Contrary to the current trend in the investor market, we have successfully closed a financing round with well-known investors and a rising valuation. This success comes at a time when the VC landscape is struggling with significant declines. The financing round underlines our team’s great market potential and innovative approach.
Because we grew so quickly in 2023 and our services found even more users, prominent Swiss and European investment community figures participated in the financing round.
These include Luzius Meisser, Bitcoin pioneer and co-founder of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland, and Jan Brzezek, founder and former CEO of Crypto Finance AG. Other participating investors were Jeff Booth’s Ego Death Capital, Timechain, Cabrit Capital, Lightning Ventures, and a large German family office. With this financing round, we plan to expand our product offering, increase marketing efforts in Switzerland, and drive European expansion through a MiCA license in France.

In addition to the new funding round, we proudly announce that Richard Byworth, Partner at Syz Capital and former top executive at Nomura, is joining the Board of Directors. He will use his more than 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector to support us in our European expansion and further fundraising activities.
