Become a Relai Shareholder

You can become a shareholder in Relai.

Yes, that’s right!

We are launching a crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube that will allow anyone in Europe to invest in Relai and become a shareholder.

The Relai Crowdfunding

The Relai Crowdfunding will enable private individuals to invest in an early-stage Bitcoin startup in exchange for shares in the company.

The crowdfunding will occur in two phases:

  • A private round with investors who register their interest on this page.
  • A public round open to the 1+ million investors registered on Crowdcube.

The official start dates of both rounds will be announced over the coming weeks.

Will there be a Relai token?

No.

The Relai crowdfunding is not a token sale.

It is an equity crowdfunding campaign that will be run by Crowdcube – one of the leading startup crowdfunding platforms in Europe.

That means you will receive actual ownership in Relai, which will come in the form of a share certificate. Your share certificate will give you legal ownership of a small percentage of the company (in relation to the amount of shares you purchase).

What’s the Valuation?

Investors in the equity crowdfunding round will receive common Relai shares at a CHF 40 million company valuation

That means if you invest CHF 4,000 in Relai, you will possess 0.01% of the company.

Am I Eligible to Invest in Relai?

We are hosting our equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube, so you will have to set up a Crowdcube account and meet the platform’s requirements to take part in the crowdfunding campaign

To invest on Crowdcube, you need to be over 18 years old and legally entitled to invest. You’ll also need to be a resident of a country where you may legally receive financial promotions of the nature provided.

If you’re not sure whether you can invest through Crowdcube in your country, you should seek legal advice before making an account.
