We have successfully closed another funding round in the seven-figure range. The round values Relai at $90 million. Several investors from the German-speaking finance and media world are taking part, some of whom have been with us for years as customers and partners.
On board are Swiss finance influencer Fabio Marchesin (FinanzFabio) and German bestselling author Marc Friedrich, along with existing VC investors. The capital goes into product improvements, technological advances in AI and cyber security, and further expansion in the European market.
Who is investing in Relai?
Two well-known voices from the German-speaking finance world are taking part in our round. Both used our app for years before investing.
Fabio Marchesin (FinanzFabio) is one of the most prominent Swiss voices bringing Bitcoin and Relai to their community. He was one of our first customers. Going forward, he supports us as an investor and advisor, in particular in marketing and in our positioning as a financial company in Switzerland and across Europe.
Marc Friedrich has used our app since 2022 and has recommended it in books, in videos, and on our Relai Bitcoin Podcast. He joins us as an investor and advisor for brand building in Germany.

What are we using the capital for?
The fresh capital goes into expanding and strengthening our app. By the end of the year, we are rolling out new features that give you more options for your Bitcoin savings plan. On top of that comes a completely redesigned user interface that gives our app a fresh look.
The second part covers our positioning in Europe. Through our French subsidiary, we have access to the European single market, and that is exactly where we want to become more visible over the coming months.
Where do we stand today?
With the new round, our valuation stands at $90 million. We count more than 100,000 users today and passed the 620,000 app download mark a few weeks ago. Through our French subsidiary Relai EU SASU, we have held a MiCA license from the French financial market authority AMF since October 2025, which gives us access to the European single market. Customers in Switzerland are served by Relai AG, which is affiliated with the VQF as a financial intermediary. Relai’s ambition is to become Europe’s most popular Bitcoin Savings Company.
