In this blog post, we want to update you on the temporary unavailability of the Relai app in the Apple App Store. We are in the process of resolving the issue, which includes working with Apple and temporarily disabling the selling functionality within the app.

Good news! The Relai app is back in the Apple App Store for users in Switzerland and Germany.
We are already working on making our iOS app available in more markets soon.
If you are using Relai on your iPhone in these countries, please update your app to the latest version. To do so, simply check the App Store to see if an update is available and apply it if necessary.
Please note that the Relai app is still available in the Google Play Store. You can still use the Relai app on your iPhone if you already have it installed.
Some of you may have noticed that the Relai iOS app was no longer available in the Apple App Store since the end of March.
Relai is a financial services provider regulated in Switzerland. We are an SRO (Selbstregulierungsorganisation) member of the VQF (Verein Qualitätssicherung Finanzwesen) and fully comply with the Swiss Money Laundering Act.
Apple has asked us to clarify how our regulatory status applies to EU countries. Unfortunately, this is a lengthy process as we have to provide Apple with separate feedback for each EU country where we want to publish our app.
Currently, we are working on making the Relai iOS app available in more markets. We’ll keep you updated on progress in this regard.
