Key Responsibilities:
- Client Profile Review: Ensure client profiles meet AML/KYC policy standards during onboarding, including producing document requirements and performing due diligence analysis.
- Proof of Address Verification: Arrange and verify customers’ proof of address.
- KYC Recertification: Monitor and manage periodic recertification of KYC risk profiles for assigned client portfolios.
- Support & Communication: Address ad hoc requests for KYC documentation from support and business areas.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required within the compliance function.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive & Flexible: Demonstrate initiative and adaptability.
- Affinity for Bitcoin: Genuine interest and understanding of Bitcoin is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in KYC is advantageous.
