As of November 2024, a successful identity verification is now required to use the Relai app. With this recent change, we’ve seen a high increase in verification requests from users. This higher volume has led to increased wait times for completing the verification process.
Currently, the review and completion of the KYC process may take up to 1-3 days. We appreciate users’ patience and understanding as we work to manage this increase and ensure smooth verification for everyone.
Phone Verification Code Entry Issue on Android

We are currently investigating an issue affecting certain Android users during phone verification. Some users are experiencing a distorted screen when trying to enter their verification code, making it difficult or impossible to complete the process.
